Biography »Joseph C DeMarco is not just another guy relocated to Phoenix. Growing up in Howard Beach, New York (a small suburb in Queens), Joe got his first real job as a clerk on the floor of the American Stock Exchange, becoming one of the youngest equity specialist during his 13-year career.
In 1995, however, he decided that rather than continuing to facilitate the financial aspects of the American Dream of others, he would pursue his own American Dream. He left New York for sunny Phoenix and purchased a UPS Store (formerly Mail Boxes Etc.) franchise.
Joe continues to operate his business, building it by forging positive and productive relationships with people throughout Phoenix. This means of doing business and his professional network has dovetailed very nicely as the first Director of AmSpirit Business Connections in the Southwestern United States.
In addition to being the consummate business professional, Joe is a devoted husband and loving parent of two great kids. He is also very active in his community and church.

Biography »Patrick Harter is the owner of Provision Team and is an entrepreneur whose focus is growing small businesses with strategic marketing techniques. He has adopted many of the social media platforms and encourages his clients to explore these new media venues.
Patrick is very operationally minded, which stems from becoming immersed into the operations of a dynamic family business at a very young age. With over 27 years small business experience and 16 years Fortune 100 experience, Patrick is well versed in many of the dynamics required of today’s business leader.
Other elements that make Patrick unique are his involvement in other areas of small business, like mentoring and training. He is an adjunct instructor at Scottsdale Community College where he covers Accounting, Marketing, QuickBooks and some of the Microsoft Office applications.

Lisa advises her clients on their branding message and designs their advertising and marketing materials to both support and continue this message. Her past work includes both freelance design and work performed for a local West Valley newspaper. In 2006 she won 2nd place for Best In-house Advertising, and 3rd place for Best Use Of Small Space For Black & What Advertising from the Arizona Newspapers Association.rnrnLisa also advises and instructs small business owners and individuals on using social media. She attends several online chats weekly to improve her knowledge of social media use, best practices and etiquette, and brings this knowledge to her clients desiring to improve their customer relationships through social media.
