Great help. Being in the Marines I couldn’t be in Ohio to physically look at the houses, David drove all around the Columbus area, all the was to circleville and Lancaster to help. He took plenty of pictures and videos of every house that he went to, and had the networking circle to have professionals come and check it what repairs I would be looking at if I bought whichever house.
